Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate instructional material and training for software and procedural application.  Create curricula, topics and conceptualize course format, subject matter and presentation.  Deliver instruction to adult learners in a variety of formats.  Target diverse learning modalities in development of new course content and training programs.  Develop assessments and user polls to evaluate course effectiveness, altering content and delivery to achieve student learning goals.  Provide job analysis in line with instructional design principles for successful mentoring. Effectively implement best training practices and adult learning principles in planning and creation of instructional materials.  Team with subject matter experts in evaluation and revision of training tools in order to continually improve learning platforms.
